Our offices are open from Monday to Friday, 9am - 12am and 2pm - 6pm. We can come out 7 days a week, according to the schedule established with your salesperson.
We will answer you rapidly in order to gain an understanding of the situation and find together a suitable solution. We will do our best to come out between 24 and 48 h after your call, depending on the requirements in materials, manpower and logistics.
A price list is at your disposition, concerning call-outs, and labour. Missions are the subject of an individual estimate in order that your request be adhered to as closely as possible.
Our labor is guaranteed for 2 years (including travel). The material is guaranteed by the manufacturer, between 1 and 10 years or more depending on the parts. We communicate you the detail of the guarantees to each estimate. Any mission is also covered by our ten-year insurance contract, as well as a professional liability insurance as defined by the law. You can benefit from it for renovation work in an old dwelling, at the reduced rate of 5.5% or the intermediate rate of 10%, under certain conditions. This reduction is reserved for improvement, conversion, fitting out and maintenance work on housing completed more than 2 years ago.

Unfortunately, we do not take charge of the installation of equipment that we do not provide for warranty issues (except in exceptional cases). Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
