Our certifications are held either directly by us or by our solar partner and are kept up to date. When they qualify you for a subsidy or a reduced VAT rate, we clearly indicate this to you.
Qualigaz
Gas installationsEkwipt holds Qualigaz certification for gas installations.
Refrigerant handling
Refrigerant handling certificate (attestation de capacité)Ekwipt holds the attestation de capacité required to handle, recover and recycle refrigerants.

Manufacturer warranties
Equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty, typically one to ten years and sometimes longer. The duration is specified in each quote.
Décennale insurance
Our decennial insurance covers construction, installation and renovation within our declared activities, for damage affecting the building's structural integrity or rendering it unfit for its intended use. Routine repairs fall under our professional liability insurance, subject to the policy terms.
Professional liability
Our professional liability insurance covers the Ekwipt team and specialist subcontractors working under our responsibility.
Reduced VAT
We help with
the paperwork.
Renovation work performed on a home that was completed more than two years ago may be eligible for a VAT rate of 5.5% or 10%, instead of 20%. We’ll verify the applicable rate and prepare the necessary documents; all you have to do is approve them.
The rate depends on the age of the home and the nature of the work. Your representative will confirm your eligibility before any commitment is made and will clearly inform you if no reduced rate applies. If a grant requires a qualification that we do not hold, we will inform you of this before submitting the application.
