A good repair starts with the right diagnosis. Our vans carry the most-needed parts; our diagnostic tools are current; our intervention reports tell you what failed and why. If a system is past sensible repair, we say so.
Your project,
stage by stage.
Each stage has a purpose and ends with a document you can read, comment on and keep.
- 01
Triage
Phone diagnosis when possible. Most call-outs are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
- 02
On-site diagnosis
Specialist equipment per discipline. Root cause first, parts second.
- 03
Same-visit repair
Stocked spares cover the majority of common faults. Quoted before any work begins.
- 04
Follow-up
Repaired systems are documented and the intervention is added to the property file.
Tangible deliverables,
not promises.
- Fixed call-out and labour rates (published price list)
- Two-year parts and labour guarantee, including travel
- Manufacturer warranty on parts (typically 1 to 10 years)
- Detailed intervention report
- Honest assessment when a system should be replaced instead

Existing clients take priority. We also help new clients, subject to availability and after checking that the system is within our expertise.

How quickly can you come out?
Most call-outs are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, and phone triage often shortens the visit or resolves it entirely. Care-contract clients take priority in the queue.
What does a call-out cost?
Call-out and labour rates are fixed and published — no surprises on the invoice. Any parts are quoted before work begins, on the same visit whenever the van carries them.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Ekwipt repairs are guaranteed for two years, including parts, labour and travel for return visits. Manufacturer warranties also apply, subject to their terms.
Will you tell us if the system isn't worth repairing?
Yes, and in writing. If a system is past sensible repair we say so, with the numbers, rather than billing a fix that won't hold.
